Kinect Method plans can be put together through your choice of online media. Meetings can be arranged on skype, and workout videos with food plans can be emailed to you and followed on phones and tablets. Please contact Stuart to discuss how online training can work for you. A one off meeting to create a personalised workout and food plan for you. This gets you set up to train on your own with an effective individualised Kinect Method wellness program.
|Kinect Method Minimum
The minimum package gives you one personal training session per week with a personalised food plan to follow. The weekly meetings keep you on track and motivated in your training. Clients have achieved great results on this package as it helps give training direction with regular support.
|Kinect Method Morph
This is the Kinect Methods most popular and signature package. It offers you two personalised training sessions per week with a tailored food plan to follow. Its possible to see a remarkable improvement in your health and fitness with just two personal training sessions per week when eating well. It demonstrates how hours of boring cardio is unnecessary to maintain a healthy body. The Kinect Method workouts will be fun, challenging and varied keeping you inspired and active without it taking over your life.The Maintain package is also good to fall back on after the Kinect Method Miracle package.

This intensive package is designed for people preparing for sporting competitions, a wedding day or looking to invest time getting into their best shape possible. You’ll notice miraculous results after just one month.
This package is ideal for people new to Pilates. The regular sessions will teach you the principles of the method with a personalised selection of exercises to work on your posture, strengths and weaknesses.
